- Securing $500 million in federal funding for a light rail system.
- Capturing over $150 million in funds to support transit operating needs through application of tax advantaged leases on transit assets.
- Raising over $300 million for national passenger rail system through the sale leaseback of station real estate assets.
- Negotiating public/private partnerships with nationally recognized developers to secure long term revenue streams.
- Designing public procurement process's to facilitate maximum competition while allowing for the evaluation of complicated funding options.
- Assisting with the recruitment of senior transportation officials and providing reorganization models for large public agencies.
